ODAPC Issues a Publication to Guide
Employees in Drug and Alcohol Testing Programs

The Office of Drug and Alcohol Policy and Compliance (ODAPC) has recently released a publication titled What Employees Need to Know About Drug & Alcohol Testing, to help Department of Transportation (DOT) mandated employees understand the DOT’s drug and alcohol testing program.

ODAPC’s director, John Bobo, recently mentioned his anticipation of this publication in an interview with DATIA, which was published in DATIA’s April/May Newsletter. He suggested that this publication will assist employees who struggle to understand what the regulations mean.
