Hires New Customer Service Representative
Hi, My name is Diana Castañeda
and Im your new Customer Service Representative.
I began with C-DATA in February of this year and
was officially hired as a full time employee in
June after completing my commitment to Source
One Staffing.
- have three prior years of experience in
Customer Service, helping clients resolve their
problems. I am bi-lingual, so I read, write and
speak fluently in both Spanish and English. A
professional goal of mine is to make sure my customers
always feel comfortable calling with questions
or concerns.
- was born on June 18th
in Los Angeles and grew up in Baldwin Park. I
lived in the beautiful City of Roses
Portland, OR for four years before returning to
the hot sunny weather of California
about one year ago and I am planning to stay here
for the rest of my life!
- have two little boys, Omri who is five
and Andrew who is three. My hobbies are traveling
and spending time with my family.
- handle all C-DATA accounts with ID numbers
ranging between 3400-6799. I strive to be a Customer
Service Representative that you will always remember,
so I am here to help you stay in compliance and
answer all your questions or concerns. It is great
to be apart of the C-DATA Team and I look forward
